Return & Exchange Policy – Littlefit
We want you to love what you ordered from Littlefit, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You may be eligible for Online Store Credit or an exchange under the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or receive store credit for the same value (excluding shipping costs) within 7 days of receiving your order.
What is Store Credit?
Store credit is a credit balance added to your Littlefit account that can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
How to Request an Exchange or Return

Email us at support@littlefit.pk with your Order ID and reason for the request.

Our customer care team will get in touch with you and guide you through the next steps.

Once approved, you’ll be asked to return the item via courier to the address provided.
Timeframe for Requests
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

The item received was damaged or defective

You received an incorrect item

The order qualified for free shipping under a promotion
In all other situations, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
In-Store Exchange Option
You can also visit a Littlefit retail store (where available) and exchange your item directly. Please bring the original receipt, and any balance (if applicable) must be settled at the time of exchange.
Exceptions – What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Items purchased on sale or during promotions

Accessories (such as socks, caps, hairbands, etc.)

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange

Used, worn, washed, or altered items

Items without original tags and packaging
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at info.littlefit@gmail.com. Cancellations requested after this period will not be entertained.
Seasonal & Stock-Specific Guidelines

Summer items may only be exchanged for other summer items; same applies to winter stock

Cross-brand or inter-category exchanges are not permitted
Important Notes

Refunds are not issued; only store credit or exchanges are offered

Refunds (where applicable) must be requested within 30 days

Please ensure returned items are in original condition and unused
